Frequently Asked Questions:


Do you have a minimum order?
There is no minimum order, however, any order quantity under 10 will be assessed a special handling charge of $25. All brides ordering 30 or more invitations will receive one free keepsake invitation to place in your home after your ceremony. Orders for 50 or more invitations will also include free shipping and handling. In addition, those with orders for 70 or more invitations will receive one free illuminating invitation holder for your keepsake.

Why would I want less than 10 invitations?
Some brides may want to send our invitations only to a few special family members and guests. Other brides have used our invitations as table centerpieces for their reception. Many brides send crystal bridesmaid  invitations  Several brides told us they were using the invitations to adorn their gift table and circle their wedding cake. It’s up to you. Get creative!

Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states in the US, as well as to all US possessions and territories. We also ship to Canada. Canadian customers will be charged separately upon delivery for duties, brokerage fees and customs fees. We do ship outside the US and Canada, however international orders may incur additional fees similar to those just mentioned.

When will my order ship?
Orders ship within three weeks after your electronic or faxed proof of acceptance is received. Time in transit for ground shipping is 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are located. Express shipping is available at an additional charge.

How is my order shipped?
Most orders are shipped via UPS ground. UPS express shipping is also available and can be selected during checkout. Depending on quantity and style, your order may arrive in multiple boxes. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

What are my shipping charges?
Orders for 50 or more invitations receive free shipping. For additional shipping charges and express shipping options, just give us your request and we will inform you of the related UPS shipping charges.

How do I track my order?
On the day your order is shipped you will be sent an email with your tracking information. Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked by going to the UPS website at www.ups.com. Time in transit for ground shipping is 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are located.

What if I have to reorder additional invitations?
As long as they are identical to your original order, we will ship additional invitations to you within one week. Additional orders may be subject to shipping charges.

What about my RSVP and accommodation cards?
Great.  You have a choice.  You can order paper RSVP, accommodation, and direction cards through us, which we can also design for you.  If you have already chosen them, simply mail them with your ClassyGlassy Invitation or we'll be happy to have you send them to us so that we can mail them for you.

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Typically, we will email you an invoice for the proper amount depending on where we are in the fulfillment process. That email will include a link to our secure Payment server. You may then pay the invoice electronically either through Paypal or with your credit / debit card using our secure order gateway. Orders can also be paid in advance by cashiers check or money order. Your order will be shipped after your check or money order is received. Please allow 7 days for clearing. We cannot ship COD or accept personal checks.

Can I order samples?
Generic 4” x 6”, 1/4” thick invitation samples are available for $24.95 and will ship within 7 days. Feel free to call us for sample requests. If you are a client in the invitation design stage, we can send you your glass or crystal invitation for your approval at no charge. Shipping costs for your sample will apply.

What if I need to cancel an order?
Since each glass or crystal card is created and designed for you only, we cannot accept cancellations or returns once we receive your electronic or faxed proof / acceptance.

What if part of my order is damaged or missing?
Please contact us if any of your order is damaged or missing. Damaged shipments are rare and will be replaced or refunded. Shipments are insured by UPS so please inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any damage to the UPS driver.

Do you have a catalog?
Many of our items with prices are shown here on our website. We will add and remove designs periodically.

What if I’d like to have invitations made, but not for a wedding?
Just contact us with your requirements. We will be happy to find a way to satisfy those requirements and delight you.
